The Course: Set over an enjoyable route through the countryside, this trail run is one for everyone. Timing will be in place to let you know how you have fared as you run an enjoyable route with little ups and downs over rough terrain, with the added bonus of obstacles thrown into the mix. Tackle the tyre run, check the balance beams, enjoy the slide, climb the Hay Bale Mountain, pitch yourself against the tunnel crawl, and much more as you look to get the very best out of yourself in this 7km or 10km tester.
