The
second of the series of three events we work on on
behalf of FACE Partnership.
Kristian House powered to a solo victory in the 2010
Edinburgh Nocturne with Cameron Meyer second and Evan
Oliphant third. For much of the race Oliphant led on his
own but House pulled him back and distanced himself from
the chasers in impressive style. House, was runner-up to
David Millar, winner of the inaugral 2009 event, but
took first place in a perfectly judged race.
In other races Neil Taylor of Edinburgh RC and
Richard Chapman of the Bicycle Works took victories in
the Cycling Weekly Support Races, Bruce Croall won the
Marshalls Pasta Folding Bike Race and the Marriott
Dalmahoy were victorious in the Team Challenge.

to watch
the prologue of the Tour de France amongst other things.
The cobbled streets of the Grassmarket once
again welcomed the cream of British and international
cycling talent as the Edinburgh Nocturne returned on
Saturday 3rd July.
The Folding

And it was not just about the racing as the Edinburgh
