River of Light

A 2km light trail across Liverpool City Centre with curated light installations from all over the world, lighting up the city and being visited by thousands of people every day. The Autumn 2021 River of Light, themed ‘Rhythm of Light’, was the most to date, seeing 150,000 follow the light trail across 17 days.

Pennine events were brought in as the safety company for the event, overseeing a 9 day build and 3 day de-rig across 12 separate sites.
