“Celebrating 28 years of this all-inclusive community bike ride”
The Historic Liverpool- Chester – Liverpool bike ride will celebrate its 28th anniversary in 2021 and is wholly owned and operated by Pennine Events.
Annually, the all abilities and all-inclusive event attracts thousands of cycling enthusiasts from all corners of the UK to challenge themselves through a choice of 8 routes and to Pedal for purpose on behalf of charitable partners, the event is continuously hailed by the region, and has been called ‘an important part of the fabric’ for the Liverpool City Region.
The event recently celebrated a successful 10-year partnership with local children’s hospice Claire House, and having raised over £300,000 over this period, in addition to another estimated £500,000 for other charities over the years.
