Liverpool Cathedral Abseil

Running across 4 weekends, hundreds experience the thrill of abseiling off one of the UK’s most amazing buildings, the iconic Liverpool Cathedral. Descending 150ft, free hang from above the great West Door, some people face fears, some revel in the excitement- all raise money for some amazing charities and causes. The 2021 Cathedral Abseil raised approximately £100,000 for 97 charities including Slow Down for Bobby, Marie Currie, Alder Hey and The Prices Trust.

Partnering up with Liverpool Cathedral for several years on the event, Pennine Events provides technological support and systems to the charity as well as managing the event and sites throughout the event. Pennine Events are set to continue supporting the Cathedral Abseil in 2022 and beyond.
