ALMOST 3000 CYCLISTS PEDALLED FOR PURPOSE AND RAISED OVER £88,000 IN THE 30TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE LCL BIKE RIDE.  The 30th anniversary of the historic LCL bike ride saw almost 3000 riders take on the tunnel. Hundreds more abseiled down the incredible Liverpool Cathedral for another year of the Cathedral Abseils. As always, the abseils ran across 4 Saturdays in July raising thousands of vital funds for many amazing charities including Alder Hey, Papyrus, Shelter and more! 2500 cyclists gathered in Liverpool and Chester and pedalled for purpose in the 29th annual LCL Bike Ride on 3rd July 2022. It was a fantastic day from start to finish for everyone involved as the LCL community came together to take on the tunnel, pedal for purpose and challenge themselves. Pennine Events headed to Knowsley Hall for ‘New Dawn’ as an incredible animated projection show lit up the building and told the story of the Borough. Pennine Events Honoured Those Who Have Fallen for Our Country and Freedom. Pennine Events are honoured to have been a part of the service held on Remberance Sunday in honour and memory of all the soldiers who have fallen for our country and freedom. Spectacular Installations Light Up Liverpool City Centre in the Most Successful River of Light to Date.
