With Trent FM breakfast show hosts Twiggy and Emma entertaining the

800 hundred participants throughout, glorious sunshine, a gentle, attractive and traffic-free route around the banks of the river Trent, the scene was set for a cracking morning’s fun run and it didn’t disappoint.

Young and old, male & female, fit and dedicated, all were there raising funds for CLIC Sargent. Some of the beneficiaries of the charity’s excellent work into cancer took part, true heroes.
