Held for the first time in 2011, actress Gemma Atkinson led the way for 600 cyclists on the Manchester to Blackpool Night Bike Ride, which raised approximately £165,000 for British Heart Foundation. Following this success we are hoping to grow the event much further and thereby raising even more money towards the BHF Mending Broken Hearts Appeal.

Starting in the colourful surroundings of the Trafford Centre’s Barton Square with lively entertainment, you’ll then follow a fully signed and marshalled route through the darkness  and countryside leading to the bright lights of Blackpool – the famous illuminations will be staying on specially through the night for the event.

The route will be fully signed and with Pennine Events extensive ride support operation. There will be three feed stations and optional transport from Blackpool pre and post ride.
