Pedal for Scotland
We work in partnership with
Cycling Scotland to deliver the fresh'n'Lo Pedal for
Scotland mass participation cycling event.
We are delighted that this
hugely popular event has been recognised in the event
industry as not only, an outstanding event experience
for participants, but also for excellence in event

Pendle Cyclefest - Sporting Moments Awards 2010
Pendle Cyclefest has been named one of the area’s
Best Sporting Moments at this year’s Pendle Sports
Awards.
Pennine Events organises the Pendle Cyclefest on
behalf of the Pendle Borough Council.
The Pendle Cyclefest brought together
opportunities for all ages and fitness, to get involved
in cycling. Including the Sky Guided rides throughout
the summer, a National Sportive for keen cyclists, as
well as the National Road Race Championships for the
Elite cyclists as part of the British Cycling Race
Series.

Best Small Business - Red Rose Awards 2010/2011
Pennine Events were delighted to be awarded as the
winner of the Red Rose Award, Small Business of the
Year.

Tour de France - Crowd Management
Pennine Events were awarded a Commendation from the Metropolitan
Police for the crowd management of 2 million people attending the Tour de France.
Metropolitan Police Outstanding
Commendation, for Crowd Management
The award was made in recognition of outstanding contribution and
support during the planning and implementation of the Tour de France.
Under and Over the Mersey -
CIPR Awards
Under and Over the Mersey 08, organised by Pennine Events on behalf of
MerseyTravel won the Best Event PRride Award from The Chartered
Institute of Public Relations.
